Psychological and Neuropsychological Testing: Appointment Sign-Up Process and Services
Welcome and thank you for choosing Comprehensive Collaborative Care for your psychological or neuropsychological evaluation services. Our evaluation process involves three separate appointments and is designed to ensure thorough evaluation and personalized feedback. We offer both in person and virtual testing. Some insurance companies do now require in person evaluations - please choose the link above that your plan is listed with. This will bring you to the appropriate site to book all three of these appointments:
Intake Appointment
-
The initial intake meeting is where we gather important background information and discuss your needs. This meeting is with our testing psychologist, Dr. Bennett or Dr. Hall-Wilson. You can schedule your intake appointment at any available time.

Testing Appointment
-
After the intake appointment, your testing session should be scheduled at least two weeks from the intake date. This allows us to prepare and ensure everything is in place for your testing. The testing session will be with one of our psychometrists, Stephanie Reddish. MEd, Jonathan Broyles, PhD, or Jordan Garron, MS.

Feedback Appointment
-
The final step is the feedback meeting, which needs to be scheduled one month after your testing session. This allows time for careful consideration of all the results and information gathered and a comprehensive report to be written. During this meeting, we’ll discuss the results, answer any questions, and provide recommendations moving forward.
