Hello, my name is Rosemary Dougherty, and I look forward to working with you! I have had the privilege of working with patients for over 20 years in my roles as 
family nurse practitioner and primary care provider.  Over the years, I have become more aware of the importance of mental health, and this inspired me to study psychiatry at the graduate level. My most recent position has been  an attending psychiatric provider at our state inpatient psychiatric hospital.  

My focus is on hearing your story. I hope to work with you in a holistic way, with an awareness and appreciation of the people and events in your life, past and present, and of your medical and psychiatric history. 
My goal is to help work with you on the mental health symptoms that are preventing you from living the best life you can imagine.
