Gayle is a Licensed Master Addictions Drug Counselor who has worked with people struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions and their families for over a decade. She previously worked as the Intensive Outpatient Program Director at WestBridge in Manchester, NH. Gayle worked with many individuals struggling with complex presentations and dual-diagnosis in outpatient as well as residential levels of care.

Gayle provides trauma-informed, holistic treatment that focuses on the whole person. She brings together various modalities to tailor treatment to the individual. Gayle uses evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused therapy. She works collaboratively with clients to develop skills for better emotion regulation and psychological flexibility while learning how to reconnect with what matters most to them in order to create a meaningful life. Gayle provides psychoeducation while helping clients uncover deeper underlying issues.
