Joan Hart is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with over 20 years of experience working with those with severe mental illness in inpatient, partial hospitalization/residential and community-based settings.  Joan has an extensive background in working with adults at varying stages of treatment from intake to long term care.  Joan received her Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Antioch New England Graduate School in 2003.  She has worked in employee assistance programs, the State of New Hampshire's secure psychiatric unit, private transitional housing program and for nine years liaised between multiple state agencies on ensuring care for some of New Hampshire's most vulnerable residents.  Sharing the journey of personal growth, discovery and general problem solving using a wide range of therapy techniques is a joyful passion for Joan.  She is enthusiastically neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ affirming.
