Jordan is a New Hampshire native who obtained his Masters of Science in Psychology, with a concentration in Forensic Psychology, from
Southern New Hampshire University. Jordan is currently striving to become a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), while also pursuing a second Master’s Degree in Social Work in order to ultimately
become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). As he works towards obtaining these licensures, Jordan will be supervised by one of our head psychotherapist. Jordan is a United States Marine Corps veteran who utilizes several years of experience working in community mental health as an Emergency/Acute Services Clinician, Mobile Crisis Clinician, and Access to Care Liaison. Jordan has worked in hospital emergency departments, outpatient center’s and has dispatched to individual’s homes, schools, detention centers, etc. for emergency mental health services.
His experience in outpatient work consisted primarily of intake assessments, hospital discharge coordination, individual therapy, and facilitating groups. He has experience serving diverse populations with ages ranging from 5-96. Jordan specializes in working with adults and veterans using a humanistic approach while cultivating strong, authentic connections with the individuals he interacts with. He aims to help individuals with substance use difficulties and the proximate challenges these difficulties often pose. Jordan takes pride in his close relationships with his family and enjoys a plethora of both outdoor and indoor activities. It is very important to Jordan that the person he is sitting across from feels seen and leaves the interactions feeling that he genuinely wanted to hear their story, because he always does!
