Stephen is a Master Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (MLADC) in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Vermont.  I started my education at College of the Holy Cross in Worcester MA. in Business and Economics. Years later, I continued my education with a Master’s Degree in Ministry from St. John’s Seminary School of Theology in Boston Mass. 

Stephen has over 12 years of professional experience working with youth and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. He has worked as a Primary Therapist in multiple residential programs and outpatient care organizations. He utilizes a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy approach but works across multiple approaches to therapy. Stephen is trained in multiple modalities such as C.B.T., D.B.T. and A.C.T.  Stephen is comfortable with “spirituality” as it relates to becoming the “best version” of ourselves.  He believes in working with clients to help find meaning and purpose while learning effective tools for life management to move forward and find peace and contentment in their lives.
