I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field, working with adolescents, adults, and diverse populations across outpatient, residential, and acute treatment settings. My clinical expertise includes supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness as well as co-occurring substance use disorders.

Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles including Clinical Director and Program Director for substance use disorder detoxification and residential treatment programs  In these positions, I provided clinical oversight, staff supervision, program development, and ensured the delivery of high-quality, client-centered, and trauma-informed care within structured treatment environments.

My clinical practice is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I utilize a strengths-based and collaborative approach, focusing on emotional regulation, skill development, and sustainable recovery. I am dedicated to helping individuals build resilience, improve coping strategies, and achieve meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
